Someone found him lying on the street. No ID. No family. No one to call.

By evening, our volunteers were the only ones there — lifting him with their own hands, wrapping him with care, driving him to the mortuary, and finally, carrying him to his last rites. Not because anyone paid them to. Not because it was easy. But because they believe what we believe:

Even after death, every human being has the right to dignity.

This is what "Together We Care, Together We Can" stands for — a movement by Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust built on one simple truth: care shouldn't depend on whether someone has a family left to give it.

Every single day, somewhere in this city, a person dies unclaimed — on a footpath, in a government ward, behind a railway line. The system moves on. Paperwork gets filed. But a body still lies there, waiting for hands that will treat it like it belonged to someone.

Our volunteers are those hands.

We show up at any hour. We arrange the vehicle, the mortuary formalities, the shroud, the wood or electric cremation, and the last rites — performed exactly as tradition demands, so that no soul is denied the farewell it deserves simply because no family came looking.

We've never said no to a single call. But every last ride has a real cost, and we can't keep showing up on good intentions alone.

This is where "together" becomes real  together, we care enough to notice. Together, we can afford to act.
